Can you save sounds and texted audio files as ringtones on the Convoy?

Thanks for your question. When answering a call, press and hold the Speakerphone key. To end the call, press the End key . After the call has ended the speakerphone function turns off automatically.

I need information regarding the Speakerphone mode. I could not find it in the manual When in the Speakerphone mode can I end the call by simply closing the flip? Or must I press another button to end the call first?

To edit contacts, open the contact and you should see the option to include multiple phone numbers. You can also find the user manual here: http://www.samsung.com/us/consumer/mobile/mobile-phones/verizon-wireless-phones/SCH-U640EKAVZW/index.idx?pagetype=prd_detail&tab=support

You can find the user manual for the Samsung Convoy here: http://www.samsung.com/us/consumer/mobile/mobile-phones/verizon-wireless-phones/SCH-U640EKAVZW/index.idx?pagetype=prd_detail&tab=support And yes, user manuals for all of our phones can be found on Samsung.com. Thanks!

Here is a direct link to the user manual: http://org.downloadcenter.samsung.com/downloadfile/ContentsFile.aspx?CDSite=US&CttFileID=2591839&CDCttType=UM&ModelType=N&ModelName=SCH-U640&VPath=UM/200911/20091125080415359/Verizon_SCH-U640_Convoy__ug_eng.pdf.pdf. Also, leaving the outer display on all the time will drain battery life. You can simply push the volume up or down button to light it up manually. We hope this helps!

We are contemplating switching cell phone carriers and trying Samsung phones. In both yoir and Veizon's web sites, under details of selected Samsung phones, I don't see anything about "user's manuals". Do your phones come with manuals? If not, are they on lyour web site. Where? Thanks for the info.
