Samsung tops Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Study for eighth straight year

Samsung Mobile has been recognized by the Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index as No. 1 in customer loyalty in the cell phone category for the eighth straight year. This makes Samsung the only wireless handset provider to be awarded the honor since 2001.

brand-keysThe 12th annual national survey identifies brands that are best able to engage consumers by meeting or exceeding their expectations, which creates loyal customers. The report accurately predicts which products consumers are most likely to purchase over the next 12 to 18 months. In the cell phone category, consumer preferences were based on wireless phone design and performance.

Samsung also took top honors in three other Brand Keys product categories, including DVD players, LCD HDTVs and Plasma HDTVs.

    We have many Samsung products and are pleased with all but one which is the Samsung phone model SGH-A707 of which we have two. This phone is probably the worst phone we have ever had. It consistantly drops calls, and it isn't the server, as we have proven that over and over. Our contract with Singular prevents any replacement at reasonable charges. We would welcome any assistance Samsung would like to offer. Since we have no problems with the other products, we feel we are loyal Samsung consumers but are left feeling short in dependability with thiese phones. Thank you for your time.

    How are you #1 in customer loyalty. "We" many Eternity users are displeased with the phone and the fact that you are doing nothing for updates/firmware/new touchwiz. Where does the loyalty come from. The phone is literately not even 5-6 month old and nothing for the users. Do i see a cold shoulder and not loyalty. You create new phones that "New" users will have. CCustomer loyalty is taking care of the community that prchases your phones and makes your numbers look good...Eternity users!!!! Hello! We bought into customer satisfaction be dissapointed. All the forums are saying "we should of gone Iphone" maybe we should have and will as soon as i can. I make take the loss and go to another brand and at least be happy with the all the widgets and/or apps... Customer loyalty...i don't see it. I will be fowarding this to all the Samsung forums to see what they think of your loyalty...
