Samsung Unveils the P3 Music Player

During the 2009 International Consumer Electronics Show, Samsung unveiled its award-winning widescreen portable multimedia player, the P3. Recognized for its evolutionary EmoTureTM interface with true haptic feedback and forward-thinking design, the P3 was selected as a CES Innovations 2009 Design and Engineering Award honoree. The P3 will be available in the first half of 2009 in 4GB, 8GB, 16GB and 32 GB storage capacities.

I have been following the mp3 player forums and the general consensus is that people are starting not to care any more. Samsung would have had majoer sales with this thing but now were to the point of saying "to heck with it, I'll just get a player that i can find now. samsung dropped the ball with this one\r\nmay be you'll get me when you get a p4 out or something.

2009-02-05 10:23:54.0All I keep hearing is the first half of 2009. That is a very wide time frame. I've been excited and anxious to purchase one for a long time but with it only released in Korea right now I'm frustrated amost to the point of saying to heck with it. many people are ready to buy this but we are being strung along with no date or price for North America. If you don't want our money this is and excellent start. as for myself personally i give it about another month. If I don't hear something I'm going with the Ipod touch. I don't want to but i have just about had it with this timed release waiting game.
